SEVEN EVENING MEALS

(peel and cut potatoes in thick slices. mix with olive oil in bowl.
sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper and parmesan cheese as you like, mix well.
bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes)
Arugula Salad with Lemon Vinaigrette
(lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, dash mustard, sugar to taste whisk; add hot pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, minced garlic or lemon zest to add a spicy tang; whisk and drizzle over salad)
Chunks of Mixed Fruits
Swordfish Steaks Grilled or Broiled
Creamed Spinach
(salt, pepper, butter spinach as you like, add a dollop of creme fraiche on top)
Fresh Corn
Lemon Gelato or Sherbert
Chicken Burgers on Sesame Seed Rolls
Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onion, Mayo
Terra Real Vegetable Chips
Fresh Sliced Peaches
Clam Spaghetti
(saute 3 cloves garlic in 1/4 c olive oil & 1/2 stick butter
add 3 cans chopped clams drained with 3/4 cup or more of the juice, cook til juices reduced a bit
add chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, squeeze of lemon to taste, serve over pasta)
Green Salad with Favorite Dressing

Lots of lemon this week. Lemon is good for so many reasons. It is a cleanser and detoxifier. It makes your body more alkaline. We make a fresh lemonade for lunch by squeezing !/2 lemon per person, adding Pellegrino Water, Ice and a little Agave which is a low glycemic, good tasting
sweetener. Lemon Water is good for you. If you put lemon slices in a pitcher of water, make sure they are organic, as the rind of regular lemons is highly sprayed with pesticides.
