"And in the end.... the love you take, is equal to the love, you make." Paul McCartney The Beatles The End Abbey Road
McCartney didn't say how much work that would take, however.
The line "In the end the love you take is equal to the love you make" is essentially the Beatles closing statement. It is the last lyric on the last album they recorded.
It is kind of the bottom line (and the last line :) It doesn't mean we are always instantaneously rewarded
when we make an effort, but when we transcend our own fear, hatred, greed, depression: we make a huge difference in the world and we are no longer susceptible to these negative emotions. When you decide to detach from the junk in the world and manifest your own version of love and happiness, you are not "vibrating" to all the junk. Try it. Stop criticizing, being jealous, judgmental etc. Focus on your goals, aims, the scenery around you. If you are sinking into a bad mood, "change the channel!" Get up and do something. Change the energy.
I have a lovely neighbor. He struggles with many health issues, but REFUSES to let these issues determine how he will live his days. He dresses to the nines. Has a fabulous smile and a twinkle in his eye. He is full of interesting stories and has a quick wit and great sense of humor. He says that he can't see, can't hear, loses his balance and has trouble walking.... but he can still talk! He is charming and flirtatious. He just makes you feel good!!! What are you doing to heal the world ??
Our world is full of evil and darkness right now. Let it motivate you to rise higher. That is the purpose of the gloom and doom. Don't sink into it. Let it work like resistance training. Let it motivate you to rise higher. and get stronger. The more people who take this approach, the more the light will shine and the darkness will recede.
Have faith. Work on yourself. Enjoy and appreciate this beautiful world, even with all its suffering. Evil feeds on fear, worry and darkness. Let your personal gloom merely be a color on your palette, the shadows that define your beauty. The great awakening is happening and the light is growing brighter. Take part. Never fear. The white hats will win!!
