Cutlets Dredged in Flour.Celery Salt. Garlic Salt & Nutmeg
Sautée til Fork Tender
Add Soy Sauce. Pineapple Juice & Slices. Warm Up
Mashers. Steamed Zucchini. Cooked Pineapple Slices
Grilled Chicken Hot Dogs on Buns

Roast Chicken
Roasted Veggies
Cut veggies into chunks- potatoes, squash, onion, beets or whatever you like

Buy a package of frozen mixed veggies. Drizzle and Bake.
Bake 1 hr @ 350 or done as you like
Dessert of the Week
Mixed Berries
Plain or with a dollop of Creme Fraiche or a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream or Plain Greek Yogurt drizzled with Honey Drizzled Cream & a Sprinkle of Brown Sugar tastes good, too
Buy Ready Made Dessert Shells and Fill with Berries, Top with Vanilla Ice Cream
