Grilled Steak

Baked Potato (S&P, Butter, Sour Cream, Creme Fraiche as desired)

Green Beans

Green Salad with Red Wine Vinaigrette (Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Drizzle of Honey, S&P)

Sliced Strawberries

Haddock Fish Boats

Haddock Fillets topped with sliced Vidalia Onions & Tomatoes; Drizzled with Melted Butter & Lemon

Wrap in Foil, Bake @ 350/20 minutes

Mashed Potatoes and Steamed Spinach

Baked Peach Halves Sprinkled with Brown Sugar (Bake aside Fish Boats)


Lamb Chops Marinated in Rosemary-Mint Sauce (Store bought or Google Recipe)

Bake @ 350/20 minutes or until done

Roasted Small Potatoes and Carrots

Butter Lettuce Salad with White Wine Vinaigrette (Olive Oil, White Wine Vinegar, Sprinkle of Sugar, S&P)

Baked Apples (Chopped or Sliced; Sprinkle with Brown Sugar & Dabs of Butter; Bake aside Lamb)

Olive Feta Chicken Sausage or Sweet Italian Sausage

Greek Salad

(Chopped Romaine Lettuce,Tomatoes & Cucumber, Sliced Red Onion,

Crumbled Feta Cheese, Kalamata Olives with Greek Dressing)

Fresh Grapes and Fudge Cookies (see recipe below)

Rotisserie Chicken

Baked Beans with Maple Syrup, Brown Sugar & Onion

Coleslaw

Sliced Fresh Pineapple

Pizza (homemade or from your favorite pizza shop. cauliflower crust pizza is low carb)

Arugula Salad Drizzled with Olive Oil, Sprinkle of Lemon Juice, Sugar, S&P

Melon Chunks


Ham Steak Pan Fried

Baked Yam

Steamed Spinach

Green Salad with White Wine Vinaigrette (Olive Oil, White Wine Vinegar, Sprinkle of Sugar, S&P)

Sliced Fresh Strawberries with scoop of vanilla ice cream


Dessert of the Week

Fudge Cookies- a no bake recipe of oatmeal, nuts, and cocoa which packs some nutrition

FUDGE COOKIES from MAMA SNYDER

heat to boiling:

2 cups sugar (1 and 1/2 c sugar is plenty!)

1/2 c cocoa (1/4 c is plenty!!)

1/2 c milk

1/2 c butter

1/2 tsp vanilla

add & mix

3 c oatmeal

1/2 c chopped nuts

drop by teaspoonfuls onto tray

refrigerate and chill (or freeze to pack later for school lunches or hikes)

DO NOT BAKE
