About Me
Janice W Snyder has spent her life studying human potential and the creative process. From the earliest age she was intrigued by people who excelled, created and overcame impossible odds; people able to transcend the ordinary and people excited about life's possibilities. She holds a BA in Education from Boston College, an MBA from Babson College and many years study of the intuitive and healing arts. She studied with pioneers of the Relaxation Response and its application to health and human potential and did graduate research at MIT on the impact of stress on creativity. Her MBA thesis on Peak Performance in Business involved interviews and practice with many CEO’s and upper level management including the CEO of Titleist Golf, the chief of staff of SouthCoast Toby Hospital and hockey legend Bobby Orr. In her private practice she has worked with world class athletes, entrepreneurs, artists, doctors, the homeless and anyone with a desire to improve their lives and circumstances. She writes from her home near Boston, inspired by her gardens, the wildlife that visits there, the country drives and woodland hikes, the rich history and jaunts throughout New England. In winter she enjoys the beaches, warm sunshine and tropical delights of Jupiter, Florida.
